These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Bussinbeverage and the services provided by it. Bussinbeverage provides its services subject to the following terms, conditions, and provisions. By accessing, viewing, or using this website, bussinbeverage.in , and the websites as mentioned in the Terms of Use, Annexure A, you indicate that you understand these Terms and Conditions and accept them as the legal equivalent of a signed, written contract, binding you to these Terms and Conditions.
Bussinbeverage reserves the right to amend/modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Your participation as a customer in this service will constitute acceptance of this agreement.
Delivery Information
Delivery the image displayed is indicative in nature. Actual product may vary in shape or design as per the availability. Attar may be delivered in fully bloomed, semi-bloomed or bud stage. The chosen delivery time is an estimate and depends on the availability of the product and the destination to which you want the product to be delivered.
No claim of whatsoever nature under any circumstances will be tenable other than the claim for 100% refund of payment made. All such claims if any, are to be raised within 24 hours of delivery /non-delivery.
The owner of the site retains the right to refuse any order unconditionally.
All claims are subject to the jurisdiction of Court at Jaipur, India only.
Request for cancellation of confirmed order can be made up to 1 day prior to the delivery date. You can send cancellation request at info bussinbeverage@gmail.com
If the shipping address is incorrect and recipient is also un-reachable on phone
OR if no one is available to accept the delivery of the perishable gift item (when delivery attempt is made) then in such cases the order will be assumed as executed & no refund will be made.
While placing an order, please provide us with the following information for delivery at Hotel / Hospital.
Hotel
Full address of the hotel.
Room No.
Telephone number of the hotel.
Name of Tour Company, if applicable.
Hospital
Full address of the hospital.
Ward number or name.
Home address of recipient with phone number.
If there is no one available at the shipping addresses (to accept the delivery of your order) at the time of delivery, the order will not be considered late. Hence in such cases, no refunds, cancellations, liability can be made.
If the recipient has not checked in at the hotel on the delivery date, the order will be left at the reception & the order will be assumed as executed. If the person has checked out of the hotel by delivery date, the order will be assumed as executed & no refund will be made in such cases.
If bussinbeverage@gmail.com is unable to deliver your order, then complete refund will be made. We shall not be liable for any other charges, loss of profits, emotional stress or any other liability etc. caused due to non-delivery.
Quantities/ sizes specified on the site are indicative in nature and hence there can be slight variations in the delivered item, depending on the availability of the gift items.
bussinbeverage@gmail.com has taken every care for the accuracy of the information provided in the site. It has exercised due diligence in providing the latest products/information. However, Apex Attar Mart or its employees or its affiliates are not responsible for the loss or damage caused to any of the users due to the information inadvertently provided in the site. Discount Offers, if any are not applicable on Gift Coupons.
The delivered item for the product categories 'Watches' and 'Apparels' may/ may not be exact replica of the images shown on the website (depending on the availability of the ordered gift item). Hence in such a case the delivered gift item for these 2 product categories (i.e. Watches and Apparels) shall be similar/ close-replica to the image shown for the ordered gift item.
For delivery of gift items to Wedding Ceremonies/ Marriage Halls, we may not be able to assure the delivery to the bride and/or bride-groom because of non-accessibility of our delivery team to the couple. However, we shall ensure that the delivery is made to one of the responsible member of host. Also, if possible we shall provide you with the name of the recipient through our order confirmation mail.
Genunity of information & interest of making payments:
The customer promises that the information provided to bussinbeverage@gmail.com is true, correct and accurate. The customer also agrees to pay all charges incurred by them and users of your account and credit cards or other payment mention at prices in effect when such charges are incurred.
The customer agrees to defend indemnity & hold bussinbeverage@gmail.com and its affiliates harmless from all liabilities & expenses including attorneys fee related to any violation of this agreement by them and also for the use of the services or transmission of any message or information by them bussinbeverage@gmail.com may modify this agreement from time to time without giving any prior information.
